I have just been on a (free) 3 hour seminar at Win Investing. Now they want me to spend £2k on a 3 day course. Anyone able to recommend it?

Send me a £1,000 and I'll tell you if it's any good.

I doubt if you will find anyone to recommend it who hasn't been paid to do so.

The question you have to answer is "Will the advice they give, increase your wealth by at least £2k?" If not, then it will be a waste of money. The answer is invariably NO. Ask yourself also, "If people have knowledge to build wealth, then why don't they do it themselves? The more people in the know (via seminars), the more it is likely to dilute the returns.
As stated before, read this web-site and you will gain much better knowledge than on seminars, and its free.

Thanks to everyone who unanimously pushed me away from this scam.If there is anyone else out there even remotely tempted they should read 'Darren Winters Scammer Chair of Honour' on Google which pulls no punches.

i have been on the same "free seminar" in London. we even went to the 3 day course and all i can say is DONT. its nothing but a motivational course to start your new life as a full time trader....by paying for their trading tuition- cant remember exactly how much but it was more than 20,000 pounds. not kidding. you will get more info off the internet about trading in 10 minutes. i have heard that people who lost everything once fully "trading" were threatened when they wanted to go to the police. its nothing but brainwashing to cheat you out of your money. sread the word and dont ever call them again. i still get unsolicited emails daily after 8 months

The best answer is "It Depends".
Most of their advice is fine. If you follow their method perfectly, you will do well.
However, can you afford £2k for the course and still have a nice bankroll to begin investing with?
If you've come into £50k and need something to do with it, it may well be £2000 well spent. If you have to scrape together the course fees, you're wasting your bloody time. They won't tell you that. They want your money, of course. However, to make money you need money.
What do they teach?
Stop losses. Reading markets. Indicators. Market cycles. All good, solid stuff... If you have the time and means to then put it into practice.
