Just spent a happy couple of hours trying to make sense of FFyfes paperwork concerning the upcoming EGM. Given that Blackrock + FFyfes does not equal the pre-split FFyfes price, I suspect that a further split will impact negatively on both total holdings value and future dividends. I would appreciate any views from other Fools in receipt of this document.
