This stuff seems to be some sort of knock-off/cheap/renamed version of the drug Varenicline, known as Champix in the UK or Chantix in the US. I don't know why you'd buy it off the web, with instructions in Russian, when you can get it free on the NHS through your GP.
If it is Varenicline, I can vouch for its effectiveness, particularly for the first six months. It will get you off nicotine, but you can still go back to smoking, as I did after 18 months off.
And you will have weird dreams while you're taking it.
Good luck, but preferably with something from your GP not a psychotropic drug bought of the internet.
