Hello Everyone

My parents have an old (about 9 years old) PC which they use only for web browsing, email and the occasional letter (Microsoft Works Word Processor).

They have McAfee Total Protection installed.

In recent months the PC has become very slow. I wonder if anyone can give me advice as to how to (easily) speed up/clean up their PC for them?

Microsoft Windows XP, Home Edition, Version 2002 Service Pack 3
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.66 GHz
512 MB of RAM

Many thanks in advance!
