Glad I'm not the only one whose a bit weak when it comes to research.  I read somewhere (FT?) that one large shareholder (UEM) will not be taking up the offer - well it will see its holding reduced from 35% to 22%.

.  If this is the case then the shares will continue to slide until the slack is taken up, hope I've understood it correctly.
