"Trust" seems to have been replaced by "confidence". says swynn102 # 84836

The difference being, of course, that confidence is based on reason, so if confidence is misplaced that's the 'customer's own fault.

Trust on the other hand is unquestioning, so if trust is misplaced that is not the 'customer's fault.

In other words we are back to Caveat Emptor
