Have any fellow Bloomsbury investors had difficulty getting the company's name in their portfolio after adjusting for the share split ?

After a clue on the Rolls-Royce Group Board , I looked up my Portfolio and solved the problem by ADDING a full stop to BMY in spite of the fact that the symbol shown above is BMY without the full stop. I think this is very confusing and does not happen with other portfolio software.
