MB90, the points you make are good ones. However:- every broker has calamities. Just look at Biofuels for example - Collins Stewart raised funds at 230p in March, immediately followed by bad news,and just look at the price now, yet you don't see lots of continuous negative press about it. I think RPT (and Timis) have a certain "colour"/glamour to them which give the story qualities enabling it to run and run!- yesterday it was announced EVG were raising £100m for Wichford. Judging from the costs EVG will receive at least £2m in fees- and also yesterday EVG announced its first China IPO, Asian Citrus:http://www.londonstockexchange.com/LSECWS/IFSPages/MarketNewsPopup.aspx?id=1022923&source=RNSThey're raising £15m, so EVG should receive maybe another £750k from this.For the moment it semms that EVG are still doing pretty well.
