Long time since ive been on the IF board , but must agree with the previous 2 posters , I moved my Mortgage to IF from its early days , along with my cash ISA's and savings ect .
The offsetting was a great help in paying my mortgage off early , and I when I needed a new car, I got a personal loan which was offset against my savings ,
Actualy got the mortgage and the loan paid off quite a few years early by offsetting the mortgage , and a bit of stoozing

Just hsd a lookat the IF website , looks a sad shadow of its former self now , feels like im writing an obitury for what was a good idea - just guess it wasnt pfofitable enough
