I know, I know, but that's just supposition. All that (and other scenarios) had occured to me too. I'd just like to hear something a bit more reasoned from Persimmon as to 'why one every two years?'. The AGM could be interesting, maybe I'll go this year :-)

Alternatively, maybe their top man will say something when he is on BBC News Channel's 'Show Me the Money' this Sunday at 9.30pm.
