Hi,
My partner has just become self employed and while looking for new buildings and contents insurance it seems that as soon as I put down that he works from home we can't get any!

He is a graphic designer who does not receive any visitors to his 'office' (our spare room). Does this count as 'clerical business' from home rather than retail business?

If not, has anyone any suggestions as to where to get insurance from?

Thanks in advance,

Irishcat
