I'm another long-term satisfied customer of Zen. I use their business broadband and web hosting service, and am prepared to pay a little more for the reliable service and good technical backup. There's never any problem about being locked into a contract for 12 or 18 months - everything is on 1 months' notice. Haven't tried their telephone offering, but am quite tempted.

They're installing their own equipment into my local exchange at the end of this month, so I'm looking forward to the improved broadband speeds that will result.
