I'm amazed at the amount of time people spend on their phones whilst 'working out'.

Nominally it is on their 'rests' but I think in an hour most of them have done about 10 minutes of actual exercise.
If you stopped every two minutes whilst running people would find it strange, but apparently in the gym it seems the norm...

I leave my phones at home, and have zero rest periods in a 60-90 minute workout. Intensity is key I think. Heart pounding from start to finish.
