Thanks for bringing the company name to our attention... what is it about Herencia that makes you feel it is good and what gives you pause for thought...

In other words:
What is the bull case?
What is the bear case?
Is there anything else you think should be factored into consideration of the shares? (What is the share price and the 52wk high/low? What is the market cap? How many shares are there and how many options are outstanding? How much are the directors drawing from the company? How much cash do they have and what are they expending on resource definition per quarter or per year?)

All these are things that will help the experienced minerals investors on here to examine your case and point out things you should/could consider. (I'm not one of them - so I'll help if I can; but my words are not gospel on ths matter.)
