Surely the Golden Rule with pretty much everything in life (including investments) is to NEVER entertain anyone who comes to you with a proposal, unless it's a very well-known big company brand. Always search out reputable opportunities yourself.

I just don't accept incoming business calls on pretty much anything, that works a treat!
