Hi,

It seems to have gone from bad to worse - today ALL withdrawals from my accounts are showing with identical transaction details - "PURCHASE IN BRANCHES", and ALL credits are showing as "RECEPTION MANAGEMENT". This must be a bug - all my historic statements are the same. I will try contacting them and hopefully get a better response than I got last time. The only positive thing might be that the latest issue was caused by them trying to fix the first problem. Or am I being too generous !
