Hi Alan,

I am diagnosed with SAD, which does mean my immune response is not too clever. So I think when I have a cold it's symptoms are worse.

I know my SAD means I need to "take it steady" on myself, but I am not that sort of personality. I like to crack on.

Would I qualify for a flu jab?

Or would I be "tempting fate" if I tried to over-rule mother natures way of telling me to slow down? I don't want to slow down by the way.
