Grant of Freezing Injunction against former Directors

The Company is pleased to announce that, on 3 July, at the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, London, it was granted a Freezing Injunction against Richard Ian Trevillion, the Company’s former Chief Executive Officer and Director. Until the return date or further order of the court, Mr. Trevillion must not remove from England and Wales any of his assets which are in England and Wales up to the value of £2,432,949.50; or, in any way dispose of, deal with or diminish the value of any of his assets whether they are in or outside England and Wales to the same value.

Legal proceedings have been issued against Mr. Trevillion.

The Company is further pleased to announce that, on 3 July, at the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, London, it was granted a Freezing Injunction against Stephen Jeremy Martin, the Company’s former Chief Development Officer and Director. Until the return date or further order of the court, Mr. Martin must not remove from England and Wales any of his assets which are in England and Wales up to the value of £1,309,683.00; or, in any way dispose of, deal with or diminish the value of any of his assets whether they are in or outside England and Wales to the same value.

Legal proceedings have been issued against Mr. Martin.
