If you re-read my original post, I stated, clearly, that, within the last three months I had set up a new payment instruction; the confirmation code for which is sent to my mobile phone. Ergo, they have my number. Having also verified my detail on their site, they have the correct email address, so snail mail really is not an appropriate means of contact for a telephone/internet banking operation.
