..BH has been very clear in the past about the realisable value of US assets, that in a sale they would be valued on output and revenues, not on reserves numbers...

Love him or loathe him, BH has played a very significant role in taking the taking the company to where it was recently by a route that I, having only fairly recently taken an interest in AEX affairs, can only guess it. His opinion on a sale though is now less relevant than it once was. If sold, as seems likely, the value of the US assets will be determined by the buyers. They will certainly be influenced by output and revenues. Some bidders will undoubtedly be influenced by reserves.
