Looking to get a family income protection plan.
Anyone navigated these waters?
Income is a bit tight but would it be a false economy to opt for a joint protection.
Level or decreasing cover?
Also do I need to factor in any pension benefits if it's paid up and made available on diagnosis of any illness?
Is going through a broker such as Lifesearch the best bet or is it best to go to a fee based ifa?
