Meldex announces that the Secured Loan Note offer deadline has been extended by 14 Business Days to Tuesday 11 August 2009.
The total raised to date will be announced as soon as the documentation has been collated.
A further update will be provided shortly."

It would appear that the extension is due to the majority of private investors holding through nominee accounts. This leads to a delay in notifying Meldex of the take up as Brokers collate information for all their clients before passing information back to Meldex.
