Does it have any value?The value of malachite is mostly 'added' by cutting/shaping and polishing, for jewellery, etc.That said, people who are into 'crystals' appear potentially willing to pay £35 for a 370g 'lump' of polished malachite.And there's a 'natural' piece on ebay at the moment - it weighs 1.77kg and is listed at £125.http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Huge-MALACHITE-BOULDER-165mm-1-772kg-c...So perhaps with a bit of work your 1.3kg of pieces could collectively be worth ~£120, or somewhat less if you sell them 'as is' for someone else to work on.Where would I sell it?ebay seems an obvious place. Or you could try finding a local 'craft' jewellery maker and see if they were interested.
