Evening all (anyone?)

First post from first time poster and investment novice. Looking at DTZ following a recomendation from e-mail service from http://www.FirstHawk.com (highly recomended site) and note earlier mentions on this board of the cyclical nature of the commercial property market. Can anyone suggest an easy way of assessing where in the cycle we are at?
