Baby MNY always has cold forearms in the morning, his sleep suit covers his upper arms, and to be truthful we don't really check them.

He likes to sleep either with his arms stretched out to the side or above his head, if we try and put his arms under his blanket he only takes them straight back out again.

I think I'm a bit more stingy than you with the heating, at night I have the thermostat set to 16c in the bedroom and have a maximum minimum thermometer to check performance.

The temperature over the last couple of nights has fluctuated between 15.5c and 20c, I have been told that between 16 and 20c is the optimum temp, but like many things I suppose it depends which book you read.

He doesn't seem distressed about it at all and sleeps well so we are not too worried about it, baby MNY is 5.5 months old.
