AIR PARTNER PLC - AGM Statement

Air Partner PLC, the worlds largest corporate air charter broker, held its Annual General Meeting today, at which Tony Mack, Executive Chairman, made the following statement:

"I am pleased to report that the successful start in the current year has continued. Our core business has been trading well, showing healthy growth on a like for like comparison with the first few months of last year."

"Our investment in new offices and products continues to show benefits and will enhance profits. We are well positioned for growth and are optimistic about the future potential of the group."

All resolutions at the meeting were passed.
