New at this Fool board, so if this doesn't come out where I want it - forgive me. I am greengiant on ADVFN and Andrew Burgess in real life.

As far as the intentions for Tandem - I agree with the posts earlier about the lack of Brand Value that Tandem currently has. I also agree with the posts about how this management team has actually destroyed Shareholder Value. If you consider the costs of All their acquisitions over the years and compare it to the current market capitalisation then the result is there for all to see.

What I do not agree with is when people say that these situations cannot be rectified. They can and this one will be rectified. If that means that I have to continue to build my stake then so be it. My thoughts of the business are the following:

* The company has thus far got its strategy completely wrong. I expect to change this.
* The Board composition is wrong, I would want new blood - If that means spilling a bit of the old blood then so be it.
* I believe that there is the potential to rebuild a great brand, but not whilst things are being handled by the FD
* The company should conduct a full strategic review to determine whether the sum of the parts exceed the current market cap.
* I believe that Directors should be paid well - only so long as they are creating shareholder value.

I am also incredibly aggressive and Carmensfella is a good logical head to have around ( I would have called an EGM by now). I am relaxed with investors selling on this spike, I will add.
