Bruno is an old favourite of Housepricecrash.com and this site.
I note he has 205 other youtube videos, divided between his property views and sex.
I think he may have some .......issues.

Some say he was crazy, others say he fortold the future better than any investment banker or real estate agen.

Good thing some of his best work was saved.

I cannot help but wonder whether - when historians come to record the great UK House Price Crash 2007 - ?, Bruno Powroznik will be afforded the bizarre footnote he deserves.

What was he on? What were his motivations? Was it personal animosity, comedy, insanity? Is Powroznik a comedy genius, or simply too weird to be anything but on the level (so to speak)?

I, for one, do not know. But, to give him his due, Powroznik brought an amount of 'colour' and 'personal flair' to a debate that was otherwise in danger of taking itself a little too seriously.

I used to think that he was mentally ill, perhaps dangerously so.

But having had the opportunity to view one of his other productions I'm thinking it's got to be a wind up surely?

But then, how many geurilla comedenians would really go on a protacted riff about "The STRs"? I'm with G2 - the man is a complete enigma...
